Jennine Aiello - San Mateo Assistant Coach

Jennine’s goal is to make fitness fun: “I have a passion for helping people and assisting them in reaching their goals.”

Her love for sports and fitness started at a young age.

ďI played basketball, volleyball and softball in high school and played NCAA basketball at Sonoma State University.Ē

While at Sonoma State, Jennine also worked with the National Championship menís soccer team as an athletic trainer, gaining experience in injuries and rehabilitation techniques.

Her enthusiasm for sports continued after college, when she began to coach varsity basketball and softball at Notre Dame High School.

Working as a personal trainer for the past five years, ďIíve met amazing people and witnessed them reach their fitness goals. Besides striving to touch adultsí lives, Iím currently a recreation director at an elementary school where I teach children different sports, fitness and recreational activities.Ē

For fun, Jennine loves water skiing, snow skiing, and being outside in general.

Accomplishment:
My fitness accomplishments involve helping others, i.e. witnessing a client go from 490lbs to 280lbs to 265lbs.  
Biggest fitness roadblocks: Finding time for enough cardio.
Current Fitness Goals: Maintain a healthy lifestyle
